The starter program, which will last for 2 days, consists of 5 meals consumed 3 hours apart. QUICK SLIM powder mix provides an average of 1100 calories of energy in total and meets your daily vitamin, mineral and basic nutritional needs. The initial program can be extended up to 3 weeks. It is not recommended to use this program for more than 3 weeks without medical advice. 1 sachet (23 g powder) and 300 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) are mixed thoroughly and drunk at each meal. One serving of QUICK SLIM is equivalent to one meal. No other solid food should be consumed during meals using QUICK SLIM. 2-3 liters of water should be consumed throughout the day. Non-caloric beverages such as unsweetened tea, herbal teas and coffee can be consumed during the day. You may need to go to the toilet frequently at this stage. The starter program replaces the total daily diet for weight control.

Between these meals, 3 snacks should be consumed, each of which does not exceed 100 calories. With 2 meals of QUICK SLIM, 1 main meal and 3 snacks, daily energy is provided around 1200 calories for women and 1400 calories for men. Non-caloric beverages such as unsweetened tea, herbal teas and coffee can be consumed between meals. 2-3 liters of water should be consumed throughout the day.
