PREPARATION: It is drunk by mixing 1 pack (23 g.) of powder with 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) at each meal.
USER GUIDE FOR QUICK SLIM
- Starter Program(2 days): Daily The dose consists of 5 meals consumed 3 hours apart. The first 2 days are fed only with QUICK SLIM, no other food is consumed. Food consumption is not recommended between meals, except for unsweetened tea, coffee and calorie-free beverages. The initial program can be extended up to 3 weeks.
- Continuation Program (Day 3 and after): 2 sachets of QUICK SLIM are used instead of 2 main meals a day (preferably morning and evening) and 1 a healthy main meal (preferably lunch) is consumed. The follow-up program will be beneficial when implemented as part of an energy-restricted diet. It should not be forgotten that other food items are also a part of this diet.
- For maximum benefit: Care should be taken to consume at least 2-3 liters of water during the day.
